CS6 – Content-Aware Move Tool

Just a quick note today about the wicked Content-Aware Move Tool in Photoshop CS6.  This tool allows you to select out a section of your image, drag it elsewhere, and then Photoshop does the rest of filling in the empty space.  Below are some snaps from a quick, very rough example.

Drag it away and let CS6 do the work

That was it.  Just a 2 second edit and I roughly moved the shed to a new location.  Obviously, if you take the time to cut it out clean and then take time to patch up the new zone – you can have a clean image and no one will know what you did.
